Job description

A company is looking for a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary conduit between various teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication about project status

Provide operational support for project managers and customers, addressing issues post-customer First Article approval

Manage high visibility customer escalations and respond to inquiries regarding service fulfillment processes

Required Qualifications :

Typically requires 5+ years of related experience in a customer-facing role such as project management or account management

Technical ability within the PC Operating System environment

Experience leading and influencing teams in both face-to-face and remote settings

Strong organizational skills with a proactive mentality

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Project Management / IT Technical experience is desirable
