Position Overview

Compiles payroll data to maintain payroll records by performing the following duties.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

• Help maintain accuracy with legacy time entry systems fed into Workforce Software through integrations and identify and resolve issues as necessary
• Manage the employee point rewards system to ensure proper posting of taxable wages, payments to terminated employees and applying the regular rate of pay when applicable.
• Reviews wages computed and corrects errors to ensure accuracy of payroll.
• Manage system data such as updating business cost centers
• Manage employee state withholding tax defaults
• Prepares periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.
• Assists management and the payroll team as necessary
