We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Part Time Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Loan Abstractor. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with commercial loan documents and the ability to identify and abstract financial reporting loan covenants and prepayment provisions from complex commercial real estate loans across various loan types including senior, subordinate, mezzanine and preferred equity. This role requires a commitment of at least 15-20 hours per week. Abstract loan covenants and prepayment provisions from complex commercial real estate loans. Understand and interpret various loan documents, including promissory notes, loan agreements, modification agreements, mortgages, and guaranty agreements. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all abstractions. Collaborate with other team members to review and finalize loan document abstractions.

Qualifications

Experience with complex commercial real estate loan documents and commercial real estate transactions. Strong ability to understand, read, and interpret complex legal documents. Commitment to at least 15-20 hours per week. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in financial covenant compliance / reporting is a plus. Understanding of complex prepayment provisions in commercial real estate loan documents.

Skills

Proficiency in complex commercial loan document analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel workbooks and pdf file formats.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is $100.00 - $100.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
