Key Responsibilities
Engage clients on legacy subscription-based support plans to maximize value from their investments
Schedule and attend strategic client meetings to assess business needs and enhance consumption of plan benefits
Track client usage of support plans and report on performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role
Experience in subscription, ERP, or SaaS environments is preferred
Strong relationship management skills to build trust with clients
Ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively
Proactive self-starter capable of working independently in a remote setting
