A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruiting operations, including inquiries, requisition tracking, and full-cycle recruiting
Provide counsel on employee relations issues and assist with onboarding processes
Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in recruiting and employee relations
Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency with advanced skills in Excel and Office applications; experience with Dayforce and Zendesk is a plus
