Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location : Blue Ash, OH

Schedule : Flexible hours; typical shifts include 7 : 003 : 30, 7 : 304 : 00, or 8 : 004 : 30. Occasional extended hours until 4 : 30 may be required to support FedEx shipments.

Overview : We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support logistics operations within a service center environment. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys hands-on tasks and is eager to learn. All job functions can be trained on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.
• Receive, inspect, and stock spare parts from multiple suppliers.
• Pack and ship spare parts and medical devices to domestic and international destinations.
• Manage movement and transfer of devices within the service center and inventory systems.
• Deliver packages to internal requestors.
• Update service systems to ensure accurate inventory and asset tracking.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate issues or opportunities to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
