Pay range for the position is $85,000 / year to $95,000 / year depending on the relevant years of experience.

Principal duties and responsibilities :
Be a change catalyst, a champion of change. Implement and sustain change in the organization.Manage all aspects of rehabilitative and support services, consistent adherence to standards, and program compliance.Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the program and its service delivery issues.Enforce program rules and procedures.Collaborate with the property manager in issuing appropriate notices to tenants in a timely manner.Assist with annual budget forecasting and expenditure requirements as requested.Maintain Property / Tenant relations.Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge, skill, and abilities required :
Associate degree plus three years' experience working within a human service setting; OR Bachelor's degree and two years' experience working within human service setting; OR Master's degree plus one year experience working in a human service setting.Demonstrated task management and execution skills and the ability to :Employ principles, practices, methods, and technology of office management and administration.Work with minimal supervision and demonstrate resourcefulness in completion of tasks.Recognize, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve problems; know when to escalate issues.Stay calm and reassuring in stressful situations and with agitated individuals in person and on the phone.Coordinate more than one task and be flexible; maintain timelines and deadlines.Deal effectively in person and on the phone with staff, clients, outside organizations and the public.Adapt to changing systems, methods, and environments.Employ discretion and respect and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive documents, records, discussions and other information generated in connection with activities conducted in, or related to clients, employees, or the organization.Work effectively with persons of different value systems, ethnicity, cultural backgrounds, language capabilities, and disabilities.Exhibit exemplary customer service, compassion, and care in the execution of all duties and interactions.Effective oral and written communication skills, including appropriate English grammar, spelling, and punctuation; legible writing; proof and edit others and own work.Basic knowledge of general accounting principles.Thorough understanding of laws pertaining to tenant / landlord issues.Advanced computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet applications.Valid California drivers license, current automobile insurance and a good driving record, as documented by a DMV report.Physical requirements needed to perform the essential functions of this job, with or without accommodation : Hearing and talking on telephone and in person; standing, walking, sitting, pinching and finger flexion are required constantly (over 2 / 3 of the workday); Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling and twisting are required occasionally (under 1 / 3 of the workday); Balancing, climbing and crawling are generally not required.
