Production Manager-in-Training Bristol, TN

Gold Spectrum is a dynamic, fast-paced hemp processor located in Bristol, Tennessee. As a Production Manager-in-Training, you will gain hands-on leadership experience in the day-to-day operations of our facility. This position is designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities within the company by building a strong foundation in compliance, quality control, team supervision, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Assist with daily oversight of production operations, including scheduling, workflow, and team coordination2. Monitor inventory levels, materials usage, and equipment performanceParticipate in the training, coaching, and development of production team membersHelp implement and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for complianceMaintain accurate production logs and documentation; assist with audits and reportingAbility to lift heavy packages, stand, and walk throughout the facility for extended periods required

Who You Are : 1. Highly dependable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability2. Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving and time-management skills3. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to enforce and follow SOPs consistently4. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and written communication skills5. Adaptable and open to learning in a fast-paced, evolving environment6.
