Front Of House Manager

Direct the stage - where service becomes performance. Netflix House is coming to King of Prussia mall! A new immersive experience that will take guests inside the story. The Front of House Manager will ensure seamless service flow, team engagement, and five-star guest moments.

Qualifications :

3+ years in front-of-house leadership

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

POS and floor operations knowledge

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily floor operations

Train and mentor front-of-house staff

Handle guest feedback and satisfaction

Support special events and VIP service

Collaborate with culinary and HR teams
