This role is responsible for planning and executing projects and programs that deliver solutions for Ford North America's Discover / Shop websites. The Program Manager will support the NA Vehicle eCommerce Engineering Group and lead cross-functional coordination across IT, vendors, and business teams to ensure successful deployments and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Manager across the Discover / Shop IT ecosystem.
• Support the NA Vehicle eCommerce Engineering Group Manager with team coordination, process optimization, documentation, presentation development, and migration planning.
• Facilitate software development and deployment processes, ensuring consistency across applications while accommodating specific needs.
• Communicate status updates across multiple teams and stakeholders using clear, data-driven reporting.
