Delivery management for a large logistic customer account
Position Description As an Experience Delivery Partner Manager at Client, you will be a part of hyper growth organization working with top fortune 50 companies customers building customized, modern and scalable solution and applications
Responsibilities You will work directly with the customer, vertical & practice head to deliver the services to the customer and build a large team for delivery excellence.
Practical Responsibilities
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing delivery within the business context.
- Leading the delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Managing finances and budgets.
- Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
- Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
- Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
- Building partnerships and liaising with delivery partner and client partner to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years experience in IT Services & from Computer Engineering Computer Science backgroundMust have handled Large portfolios in logistics services domainMust have grown & driven offshore portfolios in the range of USD 10MM and Headcount > 100 employees in offshore ODCs and in onsiteoffshore models.Proven experience in high volume rampups of teamsProven & experience in client management, coordination, and negotiation skills. Must have the ability to connect closely with the customer.Proven & experience in Delivery Management for cross & nextgen skills and projects, using methodologies such as Agile (SCRUM, Feature Driven, Lean, etc.)Preferred expertise in Java, Node, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, Cloud, MicroServicesMust be well readversed in NextGen technologies such as Digital, Cloud, etc.Proven experience in PreSales & Solutioning for deals, RFPsRFIs, proposals, etc.Strong P&L & Operational Management experienceStrong People Management, Mentoring and leadership skills.Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills.
