We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial roofing projects, from start to finish.
This includes overseeing the project from concept, to design, material procurement, construction, and final sign-off. The Project Manager is also responsible for the overall success of the project, including budget, timeline, customer satisfaction, and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing, with knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, Flat Roofs, and Restoration / Re-Roofs.
This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, travel as needed, and manage large commercial roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the execution of large commercial roofing projects from concept to completion
- Source and procure materials
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in, Construction Management, or related field is a plus
- 8+ years of experience with commercial roofing projects, new construction, service, and re-roofs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed
- Expertise in TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Flat Roofs
- Knowledge of roof restoration and re-roofing
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous GC project management experience a PLUS
- Experience with Bluebeam a PLUS
