We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Attorney to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients in non-judicial and judicial foreclosure proceedings, bankruptcy cases, and title issues files.
• Draft legal documents, including FDCPA letters, notices of sale, and sheriff's deed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, offering clear and actionable advice to achieve their objectives.
• Offer legal guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Manage multiple case files while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
