A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a diverse team of 15+ accounting professionals

Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reporting and oversee the month-end close process

Collaborate with leadership to enhance accounting processes and lead strategic projects for optimization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience

Experience with publicly traded companies or Big 4 public accounting

Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards

Experience ensuring Sarbanes Oxley compliance
