Rate of Pay : $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Our LPN's have the pleasure of working with the patient, from start to finish, and implementing our preventive care measures so you are actively involved in the health and wellbeing of our patients.

Our patients are a priority to us, so we offer extended hours to ensure they receive the highest quality of care. We are seeking full time LPN's to join our practice and the position is to include days, some evenings and occasional weekends.

10% shift differential pay for evening (5pm - 9pm) weekday and weekend hours worked.

Responsibilities include : Obtaining vitals, intake process, working with provider to assist with patient visit, administering injections, performing ECGs, tele triage, placing orders and refilling Prescriptions at the Providers request and Phlebotomy.

Job Requirements :

• Current Valid New York State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Prior experience in busy medical office preferred, but not required
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
