We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our Main branch located in Nashville, TN. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm and Friday 8 : 00am -6 : 00pm. This position will work an average of 40 hours a week but may be asked to work extended hours on occasion. TENCU Call Center is a full-time fast paced environment, perfect for the energetic person who is eager to build their career in the credit union industry. The ideal candidate will provide superior member service while demonstrating friendliness via telephone and other remote delivery channels with a goal of first-call resolution for all member requests. The ideal candidate will have very strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and have a sincere attitude in order to deliver an exceptional member experience for every member, every time. Compensation : $21 / hour.

Day-to-Day Job Duties :

• Assisting members via phone and email, completing transactions, providing information on products and services, performing account maintenance, and assisting in processing applications for consumer loans by phone and email, and in compliance with state and federal guidelines; as well as internal policies / procedures.
