Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Immigration Law Clerk to support our legal team. The Law Clerk will assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing case files.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and case law
• Prepare and review case forms and filings
• Assist in compiling evidence and supporting documentation for client cases
• Manage and organize client case files and maintain accurate records
• Monitor case deadlines and prepare timelines and status reports
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed
