Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Supply Chain Subcontracts Specialist Level 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is a Hybrid Telecommute role based in San Diego, CA, with at least 3 days per week onsite. What you'll get to do :

• Negotiate with both large businesses and small businesses on a variety of complex-type contracts.
• Must have an understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Full knowledge of industry practices. Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex professional tasks.
• Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
• Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings.
• Able to be creative in finding solutions to resolve issues.
• Develop solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
• Attend program meetings and may be required to present to groups. Must be able to work independently and have strong organizational skills.
• Must be knowledgeable of the FAR / DFARS and processes and / or procedures required to be followed in order to be in compliance with FAR / DFARS.

Primary Level Salary Range : $117,500.00 - $176,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
