Data Operations Specialist

The Position

We are seeking a Data Operations Specialist to support the effective flow of and quality of data for our customers.  The Data Operations team is focused on ensuring Data Quality for all our customers’ programs. Their main duties include :

• Coordination of activities related to data file transfers, monitoring for file timeliness and accuracy (aligned to data spec, no missing data or duplicates)
• Facilitation of communications with Claritas Rx and customer contacts
• Management of ad hoc escalations, and documentation of actions in the Claritas Rx portal
• Execution of advanced data profiling and validation checks to ensure data integrity and usability

This is a remote position but must be based on the East Coast, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands with standard working hours being 4 : 00AM ET to 1 : 00PM ET.

You will work closely with team members from Claritas Rx and directly with our customers (drug manufacturers) as well as with the data partners who support our customers to provide a foundational role to ensure we deliver on our promise of timely and accurate information for our customers.
