Job Overview

The Retail Merchandising Specialist is key in presenting our products to grab consumer attention at various retail locations. This role involves servicing multiple accounts by displaying products professionally, using safe handling techniques, and adhering to all quality standards. You will follow specific merchandising plans and work collaboratively with store management and team members.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on displays and shelves per established procedures.
  • Efficiently move products from backstock to the sales floor.
  • Create and manage point-of-sale materials where permitted, ensuring products are properly rotated.
  • Maintain organized backroom by stacking and arranging products by type and flavor.
  • Build strong business relationships with store personnel through regular communication and proactive follow-ups.

    • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in a retail environment, is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
  • Reliability and independence with minimal supervision.
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Company provided cell phone for work purposes.

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license in-state.
  • Proven excellent driving record.
  • Proof of insurance with coverage of at least 50,000 per person / 100,000 per accident and 50,000 property damage.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent driving history.

    Expect a dynamic work environment that may include exposure to various weather conditions, coolers, and non-temperature-controlled storage areas at different retail locations.
