At OnePeak Medical , were seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our functional medicine-informed primary care team in Medford, OR . Compensation : Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $215,000+

Responsibilities & Duties

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan

Diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other behavioral health conditions

Develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication, therapy recommendations, and lifestyle interventions

Collaborate with primary care, health coaches, and behavioral health teams for whole-person care

Educate and empower patients on mental health, wellness strategies, and preventive care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in NextGen EHR

Participate in team meetings, collaboration sessions, and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Active Oregon license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or eligibility to obtain

Board certification as a PMHNP required

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred

Strong interest in functional, lifestyle, and integrative mental health approaches

Excellent communication and patient-relationship skills

Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment

Proficiency with electronic health records (NextGen preferred)
