What would I do?

Own engineering. Own the end‑to‑end management and scaling of the engineering organization, focusing heavily on recruitment, mentorship, and retention of top talent.

Build culture. Drive a culture of transparency and accountability through clear goal‑setting, performance management, and professional growth initiatives.

Maximize velocity. Implement engineering best practices to optimize productivity, quality, and operational excellence.

Exceed timelines. Track and drive engineering initiatives, ensuring timelines and goals are consistently met or exceeded.

Collaborate. Work with the CTO to maintain technical excellence, reviewing and contributing directly to the codebase.
