- Sign-on bonus : $10,000 (2-year commitment).
- Shifts Available : Days : 630a-7p (3) 12hr shifts, 630a-5p (4) 10hr shiftsEvenings : 1030-11p (3) 12hr shifts, 1030-9p (4) 10hr shifts On-call availability required with a 30-minute response time.
Job Summary We are seeking a Surgical Technician to provide clinical support functions and ensure a safe, compassionate patient care environment under the direction of the RN and Surgeon during surgical procedures.
Duties
Perform scrub duties for various surgical procedures.
Demonstrate knowledge and application of sterile techniques and instruments.
Communicate and participate in patient care activities under RN guidance.
Qualifications
- Strongly prefer candidates with 2 years of experience, especially in acute care.
- Must have CST certification.
- Previous scrubbing experience preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Vocational School Graduate.

- Competitive salary : $22.66 - $27.76 per hour (based on experience) with a potential of $32.86 for 15-20 years of experience.

- Shift differentials : Night - $3.25 / hr, Weekend - $2.00 / hr, Evening - $2.00 / hr (8 / 10 hr shifts), On-call pay - $4.00 / hr.
