Job Summary :
As the Manager, Global Business Development , you will lead and develop a global team of inbound and outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) responsible for generating a significant portion of Reltio's qualified sales pipeline by calling into prospective clients for Reltio's data-driven applications platform. You will coach, mentor, and scale a high-velocity, customer-focused engagement model while ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds pipeline goals.
This role requires strong leadership in optimizing lead management and prospecting strategies, including modern engagement practices such as Account Based Everything (ABX). You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales enablement, and sales operations to align pipeline objectives with broader go-to-market strategies. Success in this role requires the ability to drive measurable outcomes, develop talent, and influence process improvements across the organization.
