Administrative Specialist

Rockford Corporation, a Primoris company specializing in a range of pipeline construction services, is currently searching for an Administrative Specialist to support our compliance team in Denton, Texas. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and have experience managing multiple administrative tasks, supporting the management team, and ensuring efficient operations within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the Fleet Department in daily activities.
• Maintain a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
• Perform electronic filing, scanning, copying tasks.
• Assist in the management of the M5 maintenance schedule daily in our Pipeline segments assist in opening and closing daily. And working with vendors for daily updates.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
