Job description

Join a rapidly growing managed service provider as a Senior Systems Administrator in a fully onsite role based in Denton, TX. This position exists due to impressive client expansion, with over 30 to 35% growth in a single quarter, creating the need for strong technical talent to support a diverse customer environment. You'll work as part of a highly collaborative, generalist-minded team alongside an IT Director and Team Lead on a mix of on-premises and cloud-adjacent initiatives. The role involves supporting infrastructures ranging from traditional Windows environments to hybrid setups leveraging M365, Ignite, AWS, and various hypervisors. This is a hands-on position supporting customers both onsite and from the Denton office, where the team collaborates daily to work through tickets, review infrastructure needs, and execute project work.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a culture-driven organization that prioritizes team fit as highly as technical capability. You'll step into white-glove, high-touch support working directly with multiple customers, ranging from hardware deployments to network hardware changes and hypervisor upgrades. The rapid growth means you'll have significant visibility and impact, helping shape a scaling environment while working with diverse technologies across multiple client infrastructures. This position is ideal for a mid-level administrator ready to step into a senior role, offering the chance to expand your automation strategy skills and mature operational processes. The team values strong troubleshooting ability, adaptability, and communication skills, and you'll have opportunities to think on your feet while representing the organization effectively in front of clients. With a salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 and a structured multi-step interview process, you'll join a collaborative environment where daily teamwork and knowledge sharing are core to the culture. The organization is a Microsoft Cloud Partner, providing opportunities for certification advancement and professional development.
