Working within the existing team responsible for marketing collateral as well as a team in Hyderabad, this new role will focus on the quarterly updates of standard strategy and corporate marketing materials, including the updating of existing pieces as well as creating new deliverables based on client needs. While working mostly in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, some materials are housed in Microsoft Word or Adobe InDesign.
Ensuring all materials are consistent, accurate and as up to date as possible are fundamental to the role, as is adhering to corporate brand guidelines and compliance requirements. As is familiarity and comfort of working with data files to create charts in various formats.
Work closely with Real Estates Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs), fund management, investment strategy / strategic analytics and other teams to ensure all day-to-day collateral requests are fulfilled and adhere to high standards and requirements. This includes proactive awareness forthcoming client meetings in order to anticipate timely requirements.
Ensure all completed requests are uploaded to relevant portals and folders such as Siesmic so internal clients have access to latest available materials.
As a member of the global marketing team, be a brand custodian for the business - ensuring all produced materials adhere to set guidelines and principles.
Develop deep knowledge on the job of compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring all relevant materials adhere to required rules and are logged with compliance for review in a timely manner.
In addition, seek ways to automate standard updating processes and create more intelligent ways of working.
Maintain the photograph and video library, as well as the content library to ensure the real estate business has access to updated and high resolution images of key properties and all latest thought leadership collateral.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Finance or other business degree preferred.
1-3 years related experience preferred.
SKILLS :
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office : PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
Experience with the Adobe suite of products
Ability to work independently under tight time frames and stringent deadlines.
Must be able to set priorities; independent self-starter; highly motivated.
Possess strong spelling, grammatical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proven communication skills both written and oral.
Able to work effectively with all levels of management and various personalities.
