• Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm with call coverage in rotation
• 18 - 20 scheduled patients per day
• 70% adult, 20% geriatric, 10% pediatric patient mix
• Equal call rotation shared between providers
• Experience treating adult, geriatric and pediatric patients required
• Hospital privileges required
