Job Description
A top-tier international law firm is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to support leadership within its Complex Litigation practice. This high-impact role partners directly with Practice Chairs and cross-functional business teams (including Finance, Talent, Business Development, and Practice Innovation) to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with leadership to execute the practice group’s strategic and financial goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Manage staffing, workflow allocation, and professional development in collaboration with the Talent team.
- Oversee practice operations, budgeting, communications, and client value initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and “chief of staff” to practice leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strategic alignment across teams.
- Drive innovation, process improvement, and cross-department collaboration to enhance client delivery and practice performance.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA preferred .7+ years of experience in practice management, operations, or legal leadership, ideally within a litigation environment.Strong business acumen, project management, and analytical skills.Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and execute at a high level in a global professional services setting.
