Accounting Support Key Responsibilities :
Support payroll process and timekeepingAudit employee paperwork and update employee dataCross-train in timecard entry and maintain employee attendance recordsPerform data entry tasks using Excel and other software for tracking purposesCross-train for AP / AR and electronic depositsAssist in insurance and benefit tracking, preparation, and documentationSupport Bookkeeping functions based on need and experienceAdditional functions as assignedAccounting Support Requirements :
Prior experience in HR, Accounting / Payroll preparation, or Accounts Receivable / Payable is helpfulPrior Bookkeeping Experience helpfulStrong numerical aptitude, detail oriented and excellent data entry skills.Ability to navigate multiple third-party vendor sites to retrieve and input dataReliable and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to adapt and support diverse departmental needs
