Logistics Enterprise Sales Executive
Currently, our client provides transportation, truck / rail transload, and warehousing services in Charleston to diverse industrial and commercial counterparties.
As the largest drayage provider and one of the largest warehouse providers in Charleston, they offer supply chain capacity via an asset-based model that provides a tailored customer experience.

Logistics Enterprise Sales Executive
Our client is looking to add a Logistics Sales Executive to their expanding team. This position will be responsible for managing and maintaining a customer pipeline and network.
They will also actively onboard new customers as well as other duties that are outlined below.

Responsibilities :
- Strategically grow accounts as strategic business partners.
- Build a book of business.
- Utilize market insights for customer targeting.
- Research prospective customers' industries.
- Prepare value propositions.
- Conduct cold calls.
- New customer acquisitions are a priority in this role.
- Will be focused on securing new business opportunities around dedicated and anchor accounts.
- Secure brokerage business (OTR, drayage, or warehouse) which could transition over to the assets in the future.
Experience :
- College degree (BA or BS) required.
- Sales and business development in a 3PL environment (6+ years of freight brokerage experience required).
- Modes of Transportation (i.e. Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, LTL)
- Strong Negotiation Ability (Customer, Margin Integrity)
- Develop and execute growth plan strategies.
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Suite : Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Excellent outside sales skills
- Strong management skills in operational support
- High energy with a sense of urgency
- Highly organized
