Compensation :

$100,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities :

  • Master effective communication by learning and utilizing provided scripts and timing to engage homeowners during door-knocking sessions
  • Implement proven strategies to ensure a predictable real estate business model, contributing to steady growth and success
  • Hone sales skills from prospecting to deal closure, consistently achieving outstanding results
  • Become proficient in using scripts to navigate conversations confidently with homeowners
  • Understand and analyze the numbers behind successful real estate ventures, making strategic decisions for optimal outcomes
  • Embrace face-to-face interactions with homeowners daily, building relationships and uncovering new opportunities with confidence
  • Start connecting with homeowners immediately upon joining the team, making a meaningful impact from day one
