Job description2+ years of Restaurant Manager or similar experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. Ability to manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance management for hourly employees. Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing teams, and achieving shift-level success. Solid financial acumen, with experience managing cost of sales, controllable expenses, and improving profitability Experience in a seafood or coastal-inspired restaurant concept. Proven ability to work with a team to implement action plans and improve operations. Ability to build and nurture relationships within the local community.
