Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate production team members to meet customer and company goals.
• Coordinate workflow and monitor production progress across assigned area s.
• Operate, control, and troubleshoot heat treating equipment as needed.
• Ensure all work meets aerospace and commercial quality standards.
• Promote safety, organization, and teamwork in all work areas.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors and managemen t.
