Vincent de Paul’s outreach programs, and in turn, help someone in need in the North Texas community. Our Stores produce over 3 million in revenue each year.

RETAIL STORE MANGER

Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of Retail Store Operations (POS system, customer service, merchandising, restocking the sales floor).
• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Promotes optimum team performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Markets merchandise by studying and creating advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
• Ensure that company standards and expectations are met.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Merchandising background & knowledge
• Strong leadership and decisions making skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to different customers
• Natural talent for motivating and developing teams

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of retail management experience (overseeing 10-20 associates)
• Flexible work hours that meet the needs of the business

Work hours / Salary / Benefits :

• Salary : $38,000.00 - 45,000.00 / annually (DOE); possibility of a monthly bonus based on monthly sales

• Shifts vary from week to week; below is a generalization of a working shift :
• Sat. Opening shift : 8 : 30 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.
• Sat. Closing shift : 11 : 00 a.m. 7 : 30 p.m.
• Sundays : 10 : 00 a.m. 6 : 30 p.m.
