- Monitors and adjusts boiler chemistry and operating conditions. Also periodic checks of safety controls.
- Performs tasks that require pipefitting, welding (stainless and carbon steels), machinist work and carpentry.
- Conducts safe operation of fork lift.
- Works on elevated platforms such as ladders, scaffolds and lift truck cages.
- Work with outside contractors.
- Performs manual labor that routinely requires lifting of up to 75 pounds.
- Required to work comfortably in confined spaces, such as chemical reactors.
- Work overtime as necessary to meet customer and operating needs.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
