This position plays a key role in supporting our business growth and efficiency by managing day-to-day operational processes and overseeing newly acquired company activities. This position is responsible for coordinating workflow across departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, and streamlining systems to improve productivity. On the acquisition side, the administrator supports the integration of new partnerships into existing operations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of balancing both operational execution and strategic acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily operational activities to ensure business efficiency.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve operational workflows.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or construction management.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software / tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.Some out-of-state traveling will be requiredSeniorities and Employment
