Job description

A company is looking for a Head of Product Development & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential and global compliance

Lead formulation strategy by collaborating with labs, scientists, and manufacturers

Oversee testing, QA, and regulatory reviews to ensure compliance across key markets

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience developing top-selling products in the supplement or natural health space

Deep knowledge of formulation science and ingredient synergy

Understanding of global compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA)

Fluency in product-market fit with a commercial mindset

Strong curiosity and a detail-oriented approach to product development
