Job Description
Supervise day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed and timelines are met.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities effectively.
Conduct site inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to local codes and regulations.
Manage material and equipment logistics to maintain efficient workflow on-site.
Prepare daily reports documenting site activities, progress, and any challenges encountered.
Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members on-site.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in overseeing construction projects in the property industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local building codes.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with all stakeholders on the project.
Proficiency in interpreting construction blueprints and technical documentation.
