Project Superintendent

We are seeking a Project Superintendent for our Las Vegas operations. This position is responsible for overseeing the full scope of construction activities to ensure projects are delivered in alignment with design specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements. The role involves supervising and coordinating contractors and trades to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee pre-construction meetings and coordinate temporary facilities.
• Develop and implement safety plans.
• Manage subcontractor contracts and ensure adherence to QA / QC programs.
• Supervise jobsite efforts and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Record time and unit and maintain regular communication with the Project Manager.
• Handle daily scheduling, manpower management, and city inspections.
• Manage document administration and punch list completion in Procore.

Work Environment :

This position is onsite at various jobsites with a decent amount of projects in the pipeline, including public works like fire stations or hotel remodel / renovations. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with specific start and end times to be determined. The position is salaried.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $62.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
