Job description

Securitas Technology, a leading provider of integrated security solutions, is dedicated to making the world a safer place. We are experiencing rapid growth in our Electronic Security division, and we are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to enhance our Core Commercial division. In this pivotal role, you will focus on lead generation and relationship building while presenting our electronic security products and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a defined territory using CRM tools, excelling in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective service / account outsourcing strategies tailored to clients' needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and solutions based on client requirements and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to create tailored solutions for complex client needs.
  • Engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and discover new prospects.
  • Meet with clients in person at least 10 times a week within the designated territory to build relationships and drive new business.
  • Apply solution-based selling strategies to expand existing accounts and secure new customers, driving revenue growth.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consultative approach.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding high sales quotas in similar markets.
  • Proficiency in using Office Suite and CRM platforms to improve productivity and client interactions.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • A background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
