About the Role
The Company is on the lookout for a visionary VP of Creative / Creative Director to lead our Performance Marketing Creative Team. This essential role is centered on crafting compelling creative strategies for high-converting direct response campaigns, focusing on video sales letters, Meta & Google Ads, email creatives, and direct response sales funnels. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving both customer acquisition and retention efforts.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and push the boundaries of creative innovation while keeping abreast of trends in customer psychology, specifically within the online golf and training sector. A critical aspect of this role involves rapid testing and iteration, guiding creative split tests and performance evaluations to enhance key metrics.
The ideal candidate will bring over 5-10 years of experience in direct response creative leadership, showcasing a proven ability to generate multimillion-dollar revenue through strategies involving VSLs, ads, emails, and landing pages. A deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and behavioral triggers is essential.
Comfortably manage in-house creatives alongside freelance designers and editors while possessing experience in corporate branding, PR, and affairs, particularly for a growth-stage company. A passion for golf is also vital, as understanding the terminology and mindset of this specific audience will be crucial for success.
This position works in a remote setting within the USA and is within a fast-paced, agile, and entrepreneurial team atmosphere.
