IT Support Technician

We are searching for an IT Support Technician to join our team in Corona, CA. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for installation, support, and maintenance services within Fender's desktop computing environment. This role ensures user satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading hardware, software, and peripherals for PC and Mac systems.

Essential Functions :

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of problems related to computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Recommend and implement proactive or automated solutions to resolve recurring system-related issues.
• Monitor and assess system performance, making recommendations for upgrades as needed.
• Provide end-user support via phone, email, and in person to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure appropriate LAN and wireless LAN connectivity across Fender's systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and IT assets.
• Document support activities, helpdesk tickets, and technical resolutions.
• Provision user accounts, permissions, and services within Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, and printing systems.
• Perform basic network and security functions, such as resetting passwords, managing file permissions, and monitoring access.
• Collaborate with approved vendors for hardware, software, and services support.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $25.00 to $31.00 per hour.
