As a Geotechnical Project Engineer / Manager , you're a collaborative leader adept at fostering S&ME's cultural values within the geotechnical team.

Your Day-to-Day :
- Field Exploration Coordination : Coordinate, perform, plan and oversee geotechnical field explorations and testing ensuring comprehensive data collection.
- Technical Analysis : Evaluate complex geotechnical data, applying principles for engineering decisions and design support.
- Proposal and Report Preparation : Assist in proposal and report preparation with the review of senior leadership.
- Safety and Policy Adherence : Ensure compliance with safety and internal policies for a safe work environment.
- Client Interaction and Training : Communicate with clients and train junior staff for project success.
What You Bring :
- A Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or related field
- A minimum of 1 year work experience monitoring project scope, schedule, and budget
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain within 6 months
