About The Position

Location :  Farmington, MO (just 90 minutes from St. Louis)

Position :  Full-Time Interventional Cardiologist

An established and nationally respected physician-led medical group is expanding its  Interventional Cardiology  team in  Farmington, Missouri —a welcoming community offering small-town charm with easy access to the amenities of St. Louis.

This position offers  state-of-the-art facilities, outstanding mentorship, and a true work-life balance —including  no after-hours STEMI call!  Whether you’re a recent fellowship graduate or an experienced interventionalist, this opportunity offers the support, earning potential, and lifestyle you’ve been looking for.

Position Highlights

Provide both  inpatient and outpatient cardiology care  in a modern, patient-centered setting

Perform  cardiac catheterizations, PCI, CardioMEMS, and peripheral vascular procedures

Enjoy dedicated procedural time in a  newly renovated cath lab

1 : 4 call schedule  (one night per week and one weekend per month; minimal call-backs)

Work alongside a collaborative team of  2 Interventional Cardiologists, 1 Invasive Cardiologist, and 2 experienced APPs

Optional  device / pacemaker implantation  opportunities (a plus but not required)

Utilize  EPIC EMR  for seamless documentation and care coordination

Participate in  program development, community outreach , and regional cardiac service line collaboration

Excellent  mentorship  available for early-career cardiologists

Compensation & Benefits

$650,000 base salary  (2-year guarantee), then transition to a  wRVU-based model

$50,000 sign-on bonus

$2,000 monthly fellowship stipend  (for those still in training)

Relocation assistance  provided

4 weeks PTO + 5 CME days  and  annual CME allowance

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in  Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology

Completion of  Interventional Cardiology Fellowship

Missouri license  (or willingness to obtain)

DEA certification

Clean malpractice and licensure history preferred

Open to  J1 and H1B visa  candidates

2026 and 2027 fellows encouraged to apply
