Patent Associate or Agent

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have experience representing clients in intellectual property transactions with a background in any of the following technologies : mechanical, material science, medical devices, computer science, biotechnology and / or artificial intelligence / machine learning and data analytics, and be admitted to practice before the USPTO. Attorney candidates should be California-admitted, from a firm with a comparable intellectual property practice and a top law school with solid grades.
