Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - 1st Shift (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Validate order locations and ensure data entry accuracy for purchase orders

Provide customer support via phone and manage inquiries related to sales and product usage

Maintain records of customer interactions and proactively update order statuses

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Two (2) years of relevant work experience

Preferred experience as an account representative

Familiarity with Oracle is a plus
