Jane Thackrey - State Farm Agency, located in Boca Raton, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Representative.
Ability to sell Life Insurance and hit minimum sales requirements is a must. Average earning potential for first year with salary plus bonus and commissions should be $100,000+.
Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person. M ust have strong background in sales with at least 3 years experience.
Some prior office experience is preferrable.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
Develop ongoing networking relationships.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Develop new opportunities with both existing and new clients.
Provide excellent customer service to clients.
What we provide
$50,000 - $60,000 Base Salary plus bonuses & commissions
Unlimited bonus earning potential (
minimum sales requirements and must be able to sell life insurance).

Requirements
Must obtain & retain State of Florida insurance licenses.
Background in Life Insurance a plus!
3 years sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
