Office Manager - Construction

TempExperts is looking for an Office Manager to join a growing construction firm where your organizational and communication skills will help keep projects and operations running smoothly. Responsibilities :
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
- Maintain and organize project files, contracts, permits, change orders, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with timesheets, expense tracking, and W-2 documentation as needed.
- Support project bidding by contacting subcontractors and assisting with proposal preparation.
- Coordinate subcontractor and vendor communications to ensure timely submissions and accurate records.
- Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and project logistics as directed.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; handle ordering as needed.
- Ensure permits, insurance, and compliance documents are current and properly filed.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, organization, and customer service.
- Provide general administrative support to management, employees, and project stakeholders.
Requirements :
Previous experience in construction administration or office management preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with construction software such as Procore, Contractor Foreman, or Buildertrend a plus.Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Problem-solving mindset and accountability for assigned tasks.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with owners, finance, sales, clients, and employees.Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.TempExperts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
