TikTok is hiring : Business Data Analyst, Video Safety Operations - Trust & Safet

Overview The Video Safety Operations (VSO) Reports & Insights Team architects diagnostic frameworks and builds automated data solutions to elevate operations performance. Our mission is to sustain a safer video ecosystem via data-driven excellence.

Responsibilities Design, update, and implement moderation performance data metrics & attribution frameworks.

Set granular targets and design performance scorecards, monitor target completion rates, navigate root causes and coordinate cross-functional (XFN) solutions for performance driving.

Develop and maintain strategic data dashboards and automation solutions.

Conduct topic deep-dive analysis to enable cross-functional (XFN) decision making.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in math / statistics / computer science / information systems related majors.

3-5 years of data analysis, business insights enablement or business intelligence experience.

Profound knowledge of content moderation operations and strategies, such as quality measurement, capacity planning, target setting and performance scorecard planning.

Professionalism in metric systems setup, attribution analysis and target setting methodologies.

Proficiency in Data Visualization (Tableau / Power BI), SQL & Excel, Statistics, and Python (a plus).

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to support global and regional communication managing stakeholders with Chinese as the working language.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Datapower & Aeolus and other Trust & Safety platforms.
